FRAMED WALL / COLUMN FORMWORK (B-FORM)
Our wall/column formwork systems are designed to meet multi- requirements. Following the principle that less is more, we have designed the formwork system to be simpler and easier to use. The common connection accessories make the system have a higher fault tolerance rate, simplify the operation process of the site, make the site cleaner, minimize the material, and bring safer site management. Adjustable size design. Only a few standard size panel, which can be used for a variety of different shapes and sizes of columns, shear walls, retaining walls and foundation pile caps.
EARLY STRIPPING SLAB FORMWORK (T-FORM)
Our slab formwork systems are extremely versatile and can be easily customised to your on-site conditions. Our solutions can be used for large or small areas, for simple or complex geometries, for individual or repetitive floor plans. Not only flat slab. Double beam and drop area can be achieved easily. Lightweight design, can be erected by hand, 4 people as a group, can complete more than 400 square meters of slab formwork erection per day. When the solidification degree of the floor reaches 50%, the formwork panel can be dismantled for the work of the next floor, which means that only one floor formwork panel is enough, add the shoring system of 2 to 3 layers can realize the rapid cycle of the formwork system.
MODULAR ALUMINUM FORMWORK SYSTEM
With the ADTO modular Aluminum Formwork, walls, columns, slabs,beams and stairways are concreted simultaneously using the monolithic construction method. It is the fast and cost-effective solution for forming residential structures with frequently repeated floor plans – both horizontally and vertically. With the monolithic construction method, formwork, reinforcement and installation operations as well as finishing work are systematized and thus mademore efficient.
All formwork elements are made of aluminum and thus very light, a crane is therefore not required. After a short orientation period, inexperienced users can also easily and quickly work with it. Tie installation from one side only, the drophead system and low number of accessory parts accelerate working operations with formwork system. In addition, these advantages simplify on-site material requirements and the logistics.
ULTRA LIGHT PLASTIC FORMWORK (P65 PLASTIC FORM)
A formwork suitable for small projects or large areas of repetitive simple structures. Simple design and easy assembly. Very light weight, less than 10kg/ m2. Completely waterproof, long service life, corrosion resistance. Made of polypropylene material with long glass fiber, light weight, high strength and good toughness.
